To balance out the tart taste of berries and add a vital kick of potassium to your blended breakfast, try adding in about ½ a banana.
Protein is extremely important Dr. Oz’s rapid weight-loss diet, so don’t forget to put a couple tablespoons of rice powder protein in with the mixture.
To help you stay full throughout the morning, Dr. Oz also recommends adding ground flaxseeds to your smoothie. Rich in fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, flaxseeds are known for aiding in weight loss.
