Salads can be extremely deceptive. While they may look colorful, healthy, and full of all the right ingredients, it might actually be worse for you than a meal at McDonald's.
That's right: there are salads at some of your favorite chain restaurants that are even worse than a Big Mac and fries--just to be clear, a Big Mac plus one large fries is about 1,040 calories and 1,160 milligrams of sodium. Yikes!

8. Chili’s Quesadilla Explosion Salad. 1,430 calories, 2,600 mg sodium.
9. Applebee’s Pecan-Crusted Chicken Salad. 1,340 calories, 2,630 mg sodium.
10. California Pizza Kitchen Moroccan-Spiced Chicken Salad. 1,500 calories, 1,380 mg sodium.
