You might have seen these pretty water bottles all over the internet already--they're filled to the brim with lemon slices, cucumbers, strawberries, and sometimes even grapefruits. Did you know it's a surprising new weight loss trick to flush away excess fat?
There is more to the water recipe than meets the eye, however--an ingredient you probably can't see just by looking at this water. To get the full benefits, just throw one extra ingredient, and drink about 4 liters of this special water a day.
Simply take 4 liters of water, add a teaspoon of freshly grated ginger (your secret ingredient!), slice up one medium cucumber as well as one medium lemon, then add a large handful of mint leaves. Let all the ingredients soak in a container or pitcher overnight, so all the fat-burning nutrients from the ingredients will seep into the water.
Although not everyone's favorite, ginger is incredible for your health and absolutely essential for your fat-burning water. No only does ginger help promote healthy skin, it also relieves tired muscles, helps the body absorb nutrients, and burns fat!
