Chances are, this winter you'll bake or cook something that calls for butter... could adding margarine instead of butter cut the calories, making those cupcakes a little less unhealthy?
We all know that excessive amount of butter is fattening--it's due to all the saturated fat contained in this spreadable goodness.
Many, however, turned to margarine when it advertised fewer grams of saturated fat. But is one really better than the other? Which one is healthier for you?
There have been a lot of studies on the subject, and some articles create conflicting stories.
