It's already been established in another article that it's nearly impossible to gain weight in one day. You need to eat extra calories everyday for a long period of time to gain weight. In that case, have you ever thought about how much food you eat in a week?

In other words, if you took everything you at during the week and displayed it on a table in your office, do you think you would be proud or shocked?

A nutritionist came to the BuzzFeed office and did just that with some of the employees there. Some believed that they ate pretty well throughout the week. Others, however, believed that they ate terribly and just wanted to see what the end result would be.

Turns out: nearly everyone was wrong.

The interesting thing about displaying a week's worth of food on a table is that it gives you a much better picture of what your diet looks like in any given week, which means that you'll have a better idea of what you need to add to your diet, or cut out altogether.
