We all might have hated nap time when we were younger, but as time wore on and as our schedules got more chaotic, naps sound really good just about any time of day.

It can be hard, though, to get in an effective nap when we have so little time. How can you get the most out of your naps?

Try taking a small 15 minute nap while you're on your lunch break. If you need a serious boost, try drinking a cup of coffee right before your nap. It takes about 15-20 minutes for coffee to metabolize, so by the time you wake up from your nap, you'll feel the extra boost of caffeine hit your system--it's perfect!

Want to sleep longer? If you sleep more than 60 minutes, you'll find that you feel more focused and energetic. Sleeping more than two hours can also boost your creativity and cognitive function.
