If there is an easy and simple way to improve our health, we are all ears. After all, small changes can have huge benefits.

Well this latest trick might take the cake. Not only is it easy and free, it's also extremely beneficial!

There is a pressure point on the back of your neck, located at the base of your skull just below the bottom ridge of the skull cap at the top of the neck, that is called the Feng Fu, or the Feng Fu pressure point.

If you regularly put ice on this spot on your neck, you can reap a ton of benefits that many people swear by.

How do you do it? Simple.

Lie on your on your stomach and place an ice cube at the Feng Fu pressure point for about 20 minutes. If you have a hard time holding it in place, simply tie it down with a scarf, wrap, or washcloth. Do this regularly, but be sure to take a break every two or three days. Some people suggest doing this before bed or in the morning on an empty stomach.

You may experience a warm tingling sensation on this pressure point after about 30-40 seconds--that's perfectly normal. Some even report that for the first few days, they get an intense rush of euphoria--this is also normal. It is just the endorphins!

So what benefits does this little trick have?

Apparently, it can improve sleep quality, improve mood, heal the digestive system, relieve colds, relief of headaches, toothaches, and pain. Not only that, but it can help with respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, thyroid issues, PMS, as well as mental health.
