If you're on the go, it can be hard to remember to pre-plan every single meal you're going to eat. Heck, sometimes you might even find that you forgot your wonderfully prepared meal at home--now what?
If you're trying to stick to a healthy diet and also trying to avoid processed foods, fast food might be the exact thing you need to avoid. There are times, however, where that simply isn't possible.
So if you're forced to drive up to Taco Bell and get a burrito, there are a few things you can do to keep it healthy.
