What's the secret ingredients to this tea? Dandelion leaf and cranberry juice.

Dandelion leaf is a natural diuretic that increases urine production by promoting the excretion of salt and water from your kidneys. It's also packed with amazing trace minerals, potassium, iron, and calcium. It's also said to be good for acne, gas, acid indigestion, and anemia, and has historically been used as a blood purifier and liver tonic.

Another amazing diuretic? Cranberry juice--that's why it's commonly used to combat urinary tract infections (UTI), because it promotes urine production to help flush out whatever is causing the discomfort and burning sensation.

For this amazing tea, you'll need two cups of brewed dandelion tea, half a cup or cranberry juice, about four cups of filtered water, and the juice of about three lemons.

Make your dandelion tea incredibly strong by boiling hot water and letting about four tea bags sit in the water for over an hour. Add the cranberry juice to your tea, and then add the lemon juice--and that's it!

If you would like your tea to be a little sweet, add some stevia or agave nectar. You could even add a little extra cranberry juice!
