If you feel tired almost every morning, even if you've already had your cup of coffee, you might need to try something a little different--but what else is there besides coffee?
There are a lot of energy-boosting foods that you probably don't know about! Pack all of those foods into a smoothie and you'll be ditching the coffee faster than you can say, "I'll have a tall, triple, iced mocha with no whip."
To make matters even better, some of these foods can also burn fat!

All you need: a handful of spinach, spirulina, a banana, some almond butter, some wilted kale, some of your favorite berries, and of course, some water.
Blend it all together, sip and enjoy!
