Here are some simple things you can do at home to lose that extra water weight by the weekend:

This extra sleep gives you more energy to work out, which can help you maximize your water weight loss. It’ll also give you more energy throughout the day, meaning that you won’t need that extra snack in the afternoon to keep you going.
  2. Drink more water. Sure, it sounds like the opposite of what you should do, but the more water you drink, the less your body needs to retain to absorb your food. The more dehydrated you are, the more your body will hold onto the water it has.
  3. Eat your apples. Eating one or two apples every day gives you fiber and keeps you hydrated due to its high water content, meaning it keeps you full AND hydrated.
