Of all the fad diets out there, The Military Diet may be the most popular quick-fix diet ever. It’s three days of filling, low-calorie foods, and on the fourth day, you’re supposed to be ten pounds lighter.
This guy went to a trainer to confirm that this diet would work, and surprisingly, the trainer confirmed it! Because you’re getting mostly protein and you’re not eating as many calories, you could really lose a lot of weight!
What is the diet? Well, it’s a lot of veggies, eggs, and meat, so if that doesn’t sound like your cup of tea, you should maybe look for another miracle weight loss plan. But you do get to eat ice cream with it, so it’s better than a lot of other quickie diets!
