Getting rid of that pesky cellulite can be one of the hardest things to do. Even if you don’t have that much excess body fat, sometimes it just keeps hanging around! Luckily, this blogger has some techniques that will help you finally get rid of it!

This video has a recipe for a DIY cellulite-removing scrub bar, made out of coffee, coconut oil, and cinnamon. You can get rid of your cellulite with natural ingredients and smell lovely while you do it!

It also has some super-effective techniques on how to massage away that cellulite. It breaks down those fat deposits and leaves your skin looking fresh and young! Combined with the scrub bars, you’ll be getting rid of that cellulite in no time!

Here’s the recipe for the scrub bars:

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp coffee (granulated)
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil or cocoa butter

Mix all above ingredients together, then spray with a spray bottle of water until the mixture is damp. Then press into moulds (you can scatter some coffee beans into moulds first if you want). Press them down firmly then leave over night before popping out. These can be stored in a cool dry place before use.
