Busting fat on those thighs is always a problem.
They always seem to be squishy and they always need to be whipped into shape.
This workout will work those quads, hamstrings, and glutes to get the muscle burning and the fat falling right off of them!

This workout has a couple moves that take place on all fours and a couple that take place on your back, so if you don’t have a mat to do it on, make sure your knees and back have some cushion between them and the floor.
And as with any workout that you do at home, try your best to have the proper form.
