If you need a daily dose of fitspiration to inspire you to get to the gym, this woman will do it!

Constance Tillit, an 80-year-old CrossFit athlete, has lost 50 pounds in the past ten months. But her story is even more inspiring than her weight loss.

Constance has done CrossFit ever since she lost her husband. She says his memory inspires her to do her best.

“He is with me right now,” she says in the video. “He was my nurse, my doctor, my friend, my everything. He was my encouragement and he’s still my encouragement.”

It just goes to show how inspiring love can be, even when we’re going through tragedy.

She doesn’t believe in slacking, even in old age. She’s had two hip replacements, two knee replacements, and two rotator cuff replacements, and none of that slows her down! The video shows how incredible she is. She has awesome form and everything!

“Get up and do it,” says this 80-year-old inspiration. “Stop with the whining, stop with the ‘Oh, you have to take care of me.’ Take care of yourself.”

That’s some tough love from a woman who’s had a lot of love in her life. She’s incredible, and we should all take note of her awesome efforts.

What do you think of this awesome CrossFit rockstar?
