Are you ready to be inspired? This teen’s story will do it!

When Anthony got to his senior year of high school, Anthony was 210 pounds, with a BMI of 34.

He’d never been able to stick to a diet plan that included healthy eating, and he’d never exercised.

When he entered his senior year, he started following a diet plan and exercise. With a combination of strength training and diet, he dropped 80 pounds.

What’s his secret? He says it’s determination and motivation, but we’re a bit inclined to say it’s teenage metabolism and vigor.

His video is a great example or the power of motivation, since he says that he knows exactly what it’s like to be made fun of for being fat.

He also talks about how even though he’s young, losing weight so fast left him with extra skin on his sides.

But if he was able to lose 80 pounds of fat and put on five pounds of muscle, you can too!
