Now that fall has arrived, there are pumpkins in every store. This orange squash is a sure sign that it’s fall, and it’s worth it to eat as much of it as possible while it’s still in season.

But pumpkin pie is such an obvious choice. It’s a good choice, because pumpkin pie is delicious, but there are only so many pumpkin pies you can make in one fall.

And how do you enjoy pumpkin for a savory meal? It’s not really a popular way to enjoy it, right?

Well, we went and found our favorite pumpkin recipes for every meal, so if you wanted to, you could eat pumpkin for an entire day.

Don’t do that every day, obviously. But you should definitely try these out! You may even discover some new ways to eat pumpkin!

Breakfast:

For breakfast, we chose a simple waffle, with a quick and easy homemade batter that makes some beautiful, pumpkin-y waffles. You can enjoy these with your favorite waffle fixings, or even just on their own.

Lunch:

For lunch, here’s a pasta made with a pumpkin sauce that you can make the night before and bring to work. The sauce is creamy and has prosciutto as its protein, making it the perfect combination of sweet and salty.

Dinner:

For dinner, we have a vegetarian pumpkin curry, which has the slightest bit of spice and tons of pumpkin flavor. It’s also low-fat and low-calorie! Yum!

Dessert:

Okay, we couldn’t help ourselves. We couldn’t pick, so there’s not one but TWO desserts for you to choose from.

The first is these dark chocolate pumpkin cheesecake truffles, which are delicious and easy to make, and are great for parties.

The second is these cookies, which just look to die for. Because we were already looking at pumpkin cheesecake, we figured why not give you some pumpkin cheesecake cookies, too?

Will you try out any of these recipes?
