Sometimes, I’ve thought about bringing up a joint fitness plan with my partner. But our interests are so different that usually it’s enough to just encourage one another in each other’s individual eating and exercise plans.
This couple puts all couples living healthy lifestyles to shame. This couple? They’re the definition of #relationshipgoals.
Song Jin Yoo and Sjin Ji Hoo from Korea have been together for a while, and decided that they needed to get in better shape.
Of course, what better way to do that then to do it with your partner?
So they worked together, and they came up with a weight loss plan that would work for them.
It’s only been four months, and their transformation is amazing! They literally look like swimsuit models now.
Of course, their plan really isn’t for everyone.
For exercise, they do weight-lifting for 1.5 hours twice a week, and cardio for 3 hours a day.
That’s a little extreme!
They also cut way back on calories, and started eating the healthiest foods they could. They ate only chicken breasts, eggs, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, fruits, and veggies.
Of course, there are much more gradual ways to lose weight than the method that this couple did. But what an amazing transformation!
The male went from 183 pounds to 157 pounds, and the woman went from 156 pounds to 108 pounds.
That’s just amazing! If they keep up that same weight loss plan, they’ll be set for life.
