What makes it easier to get in shape? Doing it with someone you love, of course.

This is definitely the case for Jesper Lekland and Amanda Wallander, two people who share their love through their mutual love of personal fitness.

Though they’re serious about their routine, they make it a lot less emotionally grueling for one another—by kissing as often as possible.

“We absolutely love the exercises where each rep rewards you with a kiss,” Jesper said.

The couple began posting photos and videos eight months ago and have gained nearly 40,000 followers since then.

The two of them exercise for one hour five times per week, and they try to exercise together as much as possible.

Some tandem moves include push ups, tandem yoga, and even a move where Amanda wraps her legs around Jesper’s waist, and raises herself up for a kiss.

The couple first discovered their mutual love for fitness a year ago, when they met through Tinder.

“We decided to meet up and have been inseparable ever since,” says Amanda. “We now live together and can’t stand the thought of being apart, even for a day.”

“At first it was hard to merge two different workout routines, seeing as we had completely different backgrounds,” said Jesper. “We then decided to do a totally new workout instead, doing couples exercises to make it more fun and to make it better suit our needs.”

“Each exercise requires the cooperation of both of us or it wouldn’t work,” he continued.

They’re happy to have their fan base, and aim to be role models for others like them.

“We love being an inspiration and have really taken this to heart, determined to be the best possible inspiration we can be.”

They plan to release a meal plan website, and have been approached for sponsorships.
