Plus-size fashion and beauty blogger Shiann Friesen decided to do a little holiday shopping at her local Wal-Mart, when she had an unforgettable encounter with a rude saleswoman.

As The Daily Mail reports, Friesen grabbed all the outfits she wanted to try on and headed over to the fitting room, where she expected to be treated with respect and courtesy.

Instead, she was greeted by a dressing room attendant, who decided Friesen was too big to try on any of the store’s clothing.

“Don’t try to push it,” the woman said in a recording that Friesen later uploaded to YouTube. “Don’t try to put something on that’s obviously not going to fit, that’s all I’m asking.”

“Don’t stretch it. I’m not trying to be impertinent or anything,” the employee added, after realizing she was being filmed.

In the video, Friesen calmly tried to tell the fitting room attendant that each piece of clothing she picked out was in her size.

Though she quickly had to put her phone away, Friesen was shocked when the rude employee argued with her over whether or not a men’s size extra-large sweater would fit over her body.

Throughout the disturbing dispute, the woman continued assuring Friesen that she was merely trying to follow “company policy.”

After what she went through in the fitting room, Friesen immediately tracked down a Wal-Mart manager, who didn’t seem too concerned about the attendant’s behavior.

“All she said to me was: ‘Oh, I apologize, I will talk to her,'” she recalled.

Since she started opening up about her story, Friesen says Wal-Mart representatives have been apologetic about her experience.

“All counts of discrimination are equal and they are wrong,” she said.
