If you like sweet and salty all in one bite, you’re definitely missing out on this recipe.

This should actually probably come with a danger warning on it because once you get started it’s going to be really hard to put the bowl down.

After crushing pretzels into itty bitty pieces, she poured a malt powder mixture on top that creates the yummiest snack food, known by the name of malted pretzel crunch.

Whether you’re making it for a large group or to hoard and eat by yourself, it’s going to get gobbled up so quickly because of how delicious and addictive it is!

This recipe combines sweet, salty, and the more unique malt flavor normally found in the Whoppers candies or in a malted milkshake.

It’s a delicious taste, and you’re going to reach the point where you ask someone to get the bowl away from you.

Here are the basic ingredients you’ll need to grab:

1 16 ounce bag of pretzels (salted)
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
6 tbs milk powder
¼ cup malted milk powder
½ teaspoon salt
about 1 ¾ sticks of butter, melted

The rest is a pretty easy combination of all the ingredients, and it’s a simple recipe to follow.

Start by crushing all of the pretzels in a plastic bag. It’s easy if you have something to smash them with other than your hands.

Once they’re all broken into small pieces, add everything but the butter to a large bowl and mix it all together.

Then, pour the butter into the bowl and avoid from getting your drool in the bowl at this point!! Make sure every pretzel is coated with the butter.

Bake the pretzel, malt mixture on a baking sheet that’s covered with parchment paper for about 20 minutes.

You’ll be able to tell when it’s done by how amazing it smells and looks. Try and let it cool a little bit before throwing a handful in your mouth. You can even spice it up a bit by throwing some chocolate chips into the mix.
