Much like a regular Hot Toddy (minus the alcohol!), The Not Toddy packs just the right amount of sweetness, so you can sip on this piping hot tea all day and kick your cold to the curb in no time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of tea
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tbsp. raw honey

Directions:

After combining the cloves, raw honey, and lemon juice in a mug, add your hot tea. Place a couple of cinnamon sticks inside and top the tea with a few lemon wedges for garnish.

With its natural antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, raw honey is excellent at soothing and repairing a sore throat, while lemon juice has been shown to decrease the strength of colds and flu viruses, as well as reduce phlegm.
