Ever since 90210 actress Shannen Doherty shaved her head for her breast cancer treatment in 2015, she has taken to sharing every subsequent step of her fight against cancer. Doherty has since filled her Instagram with raw, but inspirational, posts of her journey.

She always ensures that each of her posts ends on a positive note, but she also never filters anything out. Everything, from the good, to the bad, to the ugly, is revealed. Doherty is supported and cared for by those around her, but she acknowledges that the fight isn’t easy.

In the caption of a recent video of her chemotherapy treatment, she wrote, “I don't enjoy chemo day or needle like things in my chest or my port but, at least with this crew it's not so bad.”

More recently, Doherty shared footage of her en route to the gym – just one day after she’d received chemotherapy treatment.

She was still feeling, as per usual, swollen and tired from treatment, and she wanted nothing more than to just stay at home and lie in bed all day.

But she made the active choice to get out and go to the gym.

"I believe that just moving helps so much in the healing process," she explained in her caption. "Some days are easy workouts and other days I push it, but the key is to MOVE!"

And from the look of her following video, it’s clear that Doherty does precisely what she preaches. You can hardly tell that she had just gone through chemotherapy from the way that she dances with her trainer at the gym.
