Twitter user Omo Kekere posted a photo of her newest manicure, and never expected it to grow as popular as it did.
The tweet has spread across the web because at first, people were a little bit confused about what they were looking at.
The picture shows off her pink nails with an intricate black design on the ring finger.

It looks like she is missing her index finger, but don’t be fooled. Omo Kekere has all fingers on both of her hands.
So, how did she pull off her magical trick?
Apparently, people started to catch on to the secret, and her Twitter was soon flooded with people copying the pose with their own hands.
Some even took it to a whole new level by showing a “ghost” manicure.

A lot of the questions in French asked something like, “Why does she only have four fingers?”
Omo Kekere shared the secret of her magical picture with BuzzFeed, explaining that she’s double-jointed, which makes it easier for her to tuck her index finger out if sight using her other fingers.
She posted the picture to Twitter as an inside joke with a friend.
