It’s already mid-May, but that doesn’t mean you don’t still have time to fit into your favorite bikini this summer!
You don’t have to drastically change your lifestyle to shed a few pounds. In just four weeks, you could have the body you’ve always wanted just by tweaking your daily diet.
Dr. Oz is known for finding weight-loss miracles, and he’s done it once again with his incredible 4-Week Summer Slimdown plan!
Here are just 4 small steps to follow if you want to fit into your skinny jeans by next month:
- Have A Coffee-Cleanse Smoothie: If you have to drink multiple cups of coffee a day just to stay awake, you’re just overloading your body with too much caffeine for it to handle. Not only will you suffer a major caffeine crash, but you’re probably also adding sugary creamers and sweeteners that will destroy your diet. Instead of fueling your body with too much coffee, try starting the day off right with Dr. Oz’s delicious coffee-cleanse smoothie. The cup of coffee combined with a potassium-rich banana will help keep you focused and energized through the morning!
- Cut Your Carb Intake: It’s tough to completely cut carbs from your diet, but you can easily slash your intake by half every day. Maybe this little piece of information will give you some extra incentive to cut half the carbs you eat from every meal. Did you know that each pound of carbs your body holds can store up to four pounds of water? So, if you cut your carb intake, you’re bound to see significant results almost immediately!
- Picture Yourself Thinner: Go ahead and pull out your favorite swimsuit and take a picture of yourself in it. Then, use Photoshop (or draw on the photo) to map out how you want to look in it by next month.
- Try Some Pull-Ups: Toning your upper body muscles looks and feels amazing! The results you start noticing will encourage you to push yourself even further. The stronger you feel, the more weight you’ll want to try lifting.
