A child sexual predator was arrested Friday in Bucks County, Pennsylvania after an intricate collaboration from the Office of Attorney General agents and other law enforcement agencies, as reported by FOX43.
The predator, who is a male, was charged with multiple counts of sexual abuse of an underage boy. According to FOX43, the sexual assault of the child started when he was only nine years old.
The nine years old victim reported suffered from sexual abuse by a group of men working together to achieve its horrendous goal. Currently, there are only four known members. All four of them had been arrested by authorities since June.
Recently, a fifth suspect had come out of its hiding place, or had been pulled out would be more appropriate, and had been arrested and charged with the same offense as his other friends.
Attorney General Josh Shapiro, Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub, and other law enforcement officers who were involved in catching these predators held a press conference in Warminster Township, Bucks County.
Attorney General Josh Shapiro said, “Through excellent police work and close cooperation among agents from our office, the Bucks County DA’s Office, Pennsylvania State Police and other agencies, these child sexual predators are off our streets.”
Shapiro continued, “The victim is receiving appropriate care, and today we’re asking the public for help in finding and identifying more potential victims.”
According to Bucks County DA Matt Weintraub, the authorities had to go to three counties in Pennsylvania and Virginia in order to complete the mission with successful results.
Weintraub commended the Office of Attorney General, the Bucks DA’s Office, Bucks County detectives, PA State Police, and other agents in making this mission to catch these predators successful.

According to FOX43, these are the five suspects arrested:
Kenneth C. Fenske, 57 years old, is charged with multiple counts of child rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and unlawful contact with a minor. He was formally charged with first-degree felonies and held on $750,000 bail.
David Parker, 38 years old, is charged with child rape and other similar counts. Parker was also found to be in possession of child pornography.
Jeffrey Harvey, 40 years old, is charged with unlawful contact with a minor, criminal use of a cell phone, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and statutory sexual assault.
Craig Knox is charged with sexual offenses. He was arrested in Virginia and had to be brought to Pennsylvania for his trial.
Stephen Taylor, like Knox, was arrested in Virginia.
Attorney General Shapiro said, “This is a horrendous case. It is deeply disturbing to me not only as Attorney General of Pennsylvania, but as a father of young children. We care about this victim and all victims of sexual abuse.
He continued, “Our investigation is not done, and it is likely there will be more arrests. We believe it is likely there could be more victims out there from this ring of abuse. We want to help them and protect them from any further abuse.”
He added, “We’re seeking the public’s help today and asking people to come forward and speak with our Office or the Bucks DA’s Office if they know anything.”
According to a criminal complaint and affidavit obtained by FOX43, the group of men would meet in one house with the victim and dress up in furry animal costumes, like the “Furries.”
The victim said one of the suspects would don the costume of the Red Fox, also known as “Lupine.” He said that Red Fox would take him upstairs and abuse him.
Furry is a type of a person who likes to dress up in animal costumes mostly for fun and role play. Some, however, turn the Furry culture into a sexual fetish where a group of Furries would gather together and commit acts with other another.
