A video of Brittney Lahcell Jones, 26 years old, giving oral sex to a man inside a courthouse had surfaced online. The video, recorded and posted by Jones herself, was the subject of her arrest on Wednesday, according to the New York Post.
The man, Jeremiah Robinson, was also charged for an unnatural and lascivious act. The incident happened inside the Duval County Courthouse in Jacksonville, Florida. Jones, who was smiling when she appeared in court, donned a hair dye in purple.
According to News4Jax, Jerry Sessions, her attorney, said, “I think it's a very, very big stretch. I have serious questions about the applicability of the statute to the facts of the case as I know them.”
Jackson chose not to enter a plea on the sex charge. However, she chose to say that she’s not guilty on a contraband charge. A $10,000 bond was placed on her for the sex charge. There were no reports if she managed to bail herself out.
Jones’ dad, David Jones, said, “I'm making arrangements to speak with her. The family and I are keeping her in our prayers, and I love my daughter. God has the wheel.”
Jones posted the video on Twitter on January 31. Regarding the contraband charge, she was summoned to court for an unrelated drug paraphernalia charges. Jones pleaded no contest. She was given time of two days in jail.
Jones deleted the video from Twitter. However, she was bragging about it on various social media. The video was also captured by surveillance cameras. Jones was arrested at her home at 8500 block of Dylan Michael Drive.
In the video, Jones was filming the empty corridors and herself outside the courtroom. She tweeted, “Had so much fun at court today. Found a way to get my charges dropped.... Ssssssh don't tell.”
Jones was reported to have a son. Jones’ grandmother said, “I would hate for him to turn on TV and see his mom. That's very, very upsetting to me.”
Jones works as a stripper at Jacksonville Topless Bar Cocktails. Every social media account owned by her is very NSFW. She wrote a post on Facebook: “To all the news channels following me on Facebook. I know for a fact your reading this, so I will let all of you know; I will only do an interview with the highest bidder. Shoot me a price.”
According to her, Jones and Robinson, who’s 35 years old, are already over after their brief fling inside the courthouse.
